All patient requests submitted through MyRxNow are reviewed by an Ontario-licensed pharmacist and, where required, a collaborating Nurse Practitioner.

Prescriptions are issued only following an appropriate clinical assessment. Not all patients or conditions are suitable for online treatment, and patients may be referred to in-person care when necessary.
